Тraditional chess tournament among girls

A traditional chess tournament among girls was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Petropavlovsk.

The event was attended by 45 athletes under the age of 18 from the North Kazakhstan region. They competed in three age categories. This competition traditionally helps to increase the interest of girls in the region in chess and support talented students. Following the results of the tournament, all participants received certificates, and the winners and prize-winners were awarded with cash prizes.
