Students from NIS Almaty–Nauryzbay ranked among the best at the national “Daryn” science project competition in general education subjects.

Our school’s NIS team submitted three projects, and two of them won prizes

12th-grade student Sanjar Kabylov won second place in computer science with his project “A Heuristic Algorithm for the Minimum Dominating Set Problem Using Modularity and Community Detection.” The silver medalist was awarded an educational grant by NARXOZ University.

10th-grade students Darkhan Kydyrbay and Bolat Aidynuly, won bronze medals with their project “An Innovative Method for Purifying Water.”
