"Woe from wit"

As part of the week of Russian language and literature, students of NIS Atyrau staged the work of A. S. Griboyedov "Woe from Wit". In the performance, prepared by the students of grade 9A, the children were able to comprehend the literary content and feel the characters of the work.

The comedy in this work by the Russian poet and playwright Alexander Sergeyevich Griboyedov is one of his most famous works. The narrative, which combines elements of classicism and new Romanticism, as well as realism of the early 19th century, describes the secular society of the last years of Alexander's reign. The children who managed to show the events that unfolded in the period from 1813 to 1824 received special certificates from the deputy director of the school Kazbek Azerbayev and received recognition from the audience.
