When Melodies of the Past Come Alive…

As part of the “Ұрпақтар сабақтастығы” (Continuity of Generations) project, NIS Atyrau hosted a musical and cultural evening titled “Song Is the Beauty of the Soul: When Melodies of the Past Come Alive…”, bringing together boarding school students and their grandparents.

Esteemed grandmothers dressed in traditional white headscarves and respected grandfathers performed heartfelt songs and shared cherished memories of the past. The evening, filled with beautiful melodies and touching stories, strengthened the spiritual bond between generations and created an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness.

This meaningful gathering became a wonderful example of preserving and promoting national values, fostering respect for elders, and encouraging care and compassion for younger generations.
