NIS Kokshetau Hosts "Koktem Aruy – 2026" Pageant

NIS in Kokshetau recently held the "Koktem Aruy – 2026" (Spring Lady) beauty and talent competition, featuring nine participants from the 7th-grade classes. The event was organized to promote aesthetic education among the younger generation, unlock creative potential, and foster core ethical values such as modesty and respect for traditions.

The competition program consisted of three primary stages. During the first round, the "Introduction," contestants presented themselves and highlighted their personal achievements. The second stage was dedicated to a talent showcase, where students demonstrated their skills across various artistic genres. The program concluded with a costume runway show, where participants appeared as popular animation characters. Judges evaluated both the creativity and the craftsmanship of the students' original costumes.

Based on the jury's decision, the Grand Prix of "Koktem Aruy – 2026" was awarded to Amira Altynbekova. First place was shared by Inkar Ashimzan and Amira Marat. Second place went to Toty Orazova, Ayaru Suindik, and Margarita Ermolaeva, while Dameli Seilbek, Adelin Kozhikova, and Zere Omirzak took third place.

All contestants were recognized with diplomas and commemorative awards. The event was supported by the GoldCity jewelry network; on behalf of the company's founder, Asel Shakirova, each participant received a valuable gift in recognition of their efforts.
