NIS Kokshetau hosted a performance of the comedy play "Kelinder Koterilisi" (The Revolt of the Daughters-in-Law), staged by members of the "Globus" drama club. The production featured students from grades 8, 10, 11, and 12, who masterfully brought to life the vivid characters and subtle humor of the famous work.
The play was performed to a full house, with parents, teachers, and peers gathering to support the young actors. The spirited performances, expressive dialogue, and dynamic plot made the production truly captivating, eliciting a wealth of sincere emotions from the audience.
The play was directed by Asylbek Tashimov, the head of the drama club. According to him, this production held special significance, as many of the students have been training under his guidance for several years.
"These are my actors who have been with me for four years. Over this time, they have grown professionally, and today their skill is on par with that of professional performers," the director noted.
He also emphasized that the performance was both a joyful and touching occasion for him.
"I am very grateful to the students for their hard work and dedication to the theater. This experience will undoubtedly serve them well in the future. Of course, it is a bit sad to say goodbye to the graduates, but time moves on—there are new students and new talents ahead, of which there are many in our school," shared Asylbek Tashimov.
