NIS Kokshetau Students Awarded at the "Menin Auezovіm" Network Literary Competition

Students from NIS Kokshetau delivered outstanding performances at the IV "Menіñ Äuezovіm" Network Literary and Creative Competition, dedicated to the legacy of the great Kazakh writer and thinker Mukhtar Auezov. Participants competed in the art of dramatic reading, demonstrating both a profound understanding of the classics and exceptional artistic talent.

In the "Dramatic Reading" category, 8th-grade student Alen Zhalaushan achieved remarkable success, securing first place. His performance of an excerpt from the story "Zhetіm" (The Orphan) was noted for its emotional depth and expressive delivery. The school’s collection of achievements was further enriched by 9th-grade students Amira Amanzhol and Meruert Serikbolkyzy, who earned honorable third-place finishes.

Behind these impressive results lies the dedicated work of the Kazakh language and literature teachers. These educators helped the students go beyond simple memorization, guiding them to feel the depth of Auezov's philosophy and discover their own unique voices. The prize winners were mentored by Marzhan Brisheva and Ardak Nurusheva, whose professionalism allowed the students to represent the school with distinction at the network level.
