At the Pedagogical Council of Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Taraz, the topic “PLC — Professional Learning Community as a Tool for Teachers’ Professional Development” was discussed. The meeting focused on the importance and key features of establishing a professional learning community to support teachers’ professional development and identify the school’s development priorities.

The school’s Deputy Principal, Aliya Zhussanbayeva, introduced teachers to the updated system for organizing teachers’ research activities at the school, as well as the goals and objectives of the research groups established for the 2026–2027 academic year.

In addition, during the Pedagogical Council meeting, teachers who had participated in an international conference during the previous academic year shared up-to-date information with their colleagues on emerging research areas and new developments in the field of international education.
